I am an administrator in one of the largest public university in Malaysia. I got an opportunity to further study under Masters in HRM in other public university. This is under the government scholarship; study leave with full pay. Therefore, it is my responsibility to graduate on time with flying colours....
Well, on July 2010 it does begin the journey as a student. "Back to school, mama". To refresh, I applied for a government scholarship with no intention. It is just to test market. However, my husband keep encouraged me to prepare the research proposal and related documents. Actually, I spend only 7 hours to complete my research proposal. I started the writing at 9pm until 4am, the day after with my sister's help via phone. My husband accompanied me during the proposal writing. Not to be forgotten, my parent's pray for the best..... Finally, I got the good news.... Allah, thank you.
This is my second semester and things are running OK. At the beginning, it was a big headache to fulfill the obligation as a student with assignments, to be a lovely wife and fit & cheerful mother. I am traveling every week and bringing assignments home. Things seem running smoothly... With the love, patience and encouragement from people around me, it will double up my strengths... Thank you all, I LOVE YOU
